Overview
A same-day Phuentsholing package structured as Bagdogra Airport/NJP → Jaigaon → Phuentsholing Sightseeing → Jaigaon → Bagdogra/NJP drop. Bhutan provides a Sustainable Development Fee (SDF) waiver for visits of up to 24 hours to Phuentsholing and other designated border towns, provided the visit remains within the applicable border-town zone.
Documents & Permit
Indian visitors still need the appropriate Bhutan entry permit. Adults (18+) Indian nationals can use an Original Aadhaar Card, Original Voter Card or Indian Passport for the permit process. Applicants below 18 years must be accompanied by their legal parents and carry the Original Digital Birth Certificate.

06:00 AM – Pickup from Bagdogra Airport / NJP
