Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every taxi, tour, package and hotel booking made with YatraMile.

General

  • All bookings (taxi, tours, packages, hotels) are confirmed only after receipt of 80% advance payment. Balance is payable before the start of service.
  • Prices for all services are subject to market conditions, fuel rates, seasonal demand and availability, and may increase or decrease at any time until the booking is confirmed with advance.
  • No refund and no cancellation policy: once a booking is confirmed with advance payment, the amount is non-refundable and the booking is non-cancellable under any circumstances, including weather, road closures, strikes, permit refusal or personal reasons.
  • YatraMile is a booking facilitator. Government charges, SDF, permit fees, taxes and entry fees are as applicable at the time of travel and are payable by the guest unless stated as included in writing.

Taxi

  • Vehicle type is guaranteed by category (Sedan / SUV / Tempo Traveller), not by specific model or colour.
  • Waiting beyond the agreed itinerary, extra kilometres, extra stops, night charges, tolls, parking and state/Bhutan entry charges are charged extra.
  • Guests are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by them.

Tours & Packages

  • Itineraries are indicative and may change due to traffic, weather, road conditions, permit timings or government orders. No refund for missed sightseeing.
  • Permit issuance is at the sole discretion of Bhutan Immigration. YatraMile provides assistance only and is not responsible for refusal.
  • Guests must carry valid original documents as required.

Hotels

  • Hotel bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation and the hotel's own check-in/check-out and ID rules.
  • Room category and images are indicative; the hotel may allot an equivalent room.

Liability

  • YatraMile is not liable for loss, injury, theft, delay or expenses arising from events beyond its control.
  • Jurisdiction: courts of Alipurduar, West Bengal.
